GCH Honors Program® FAQs


1. What is GCH Honors Program®, GCH Honors Number®, and who qualifies for the GCH Honors Guest Rewards?

GCH Honors Program® is a special reward program especially for the Guest Care Hotel's guests who have stayed at the hotel for more than one time.

Once you enroll in the program, you will receive a GCH Honors Number®. Please use that number to make future reservations and receive special rewards.

You may qualify for special rewards from free lunch and/or dinner certificates to free room upgrades to special room discounts and free night stays. For detial information and benefits, inquire at the front desk at our hotel.



2. What are the special rewards?

By enrolling in the program, guests could receive benefits including free lunch and/or dinner certificates, free room upgrades, gifts, special room discounts and free night stays, and many more.



3.  How could I enroll in the GCH Honors Program® and receive the GCH Honors Number®?

You could enroll in the program in person at Guest Care Hotel. Please ask the front desk personnel about the program once you arrive at the hotel.

1.  I would like to stay at the Guest Care Hotel and also like to travel in the capital city, to another state, or province.  Would the hotel offer transportation?

2.  I would like to go sightseeing.  Does the hotel have tour guide services?

Yes, we offer Tour Guide Services.  Our tour guides are multilingual. When you reserve a room on the Reservation Page, please mention the kind of language the tour guide must speak.



3.  I am traveling to Yangon, the capital city of Myanmar, and stay at GCH for several days.  Then, I would travel to another state or province, and come back to Yangon and stay at GCH again on the way back.  I would like to leave some of my belongings at GCH. Can I have my luggage stored at the hotel?

Yes, we keep your luggage in a safe environment.  We also provide you with a safe to keep your important belongings.



4.  I would like to email a guest who is staying at GCH.  How can I do that?

You have the following three options:
1. Click on the "Email A Guest" link on GCH Home page, or
2. Click on "Contact Us" link and "Email A Guest" link on that page, or

Only a minimal fee will be charged to your friend or partner for using GCH email service.

1.  I would like to reserve several rooms of different types.  How can I do that?

2. Can reservations be made online? Via email?

For online reservations, please click here >> and fill out the Reservation Form. After you complete the information, press submit button. You will see a message saying that your reservation has been sent to the hotel and that you will be receiving an email about it.
